Voice Recognition
In accepting calls and giving answer when the application ask, the application uses Voice recognition or voice command software that helps users to communicate to the phone. In this category of personal assistant software, focus is on capturing the user input through voice, recognizing the input and then executing the tasks if the phone understands the task. Through voice recognition, hands-free is more possible.
Text-to-Speech
When the application informs the motorists of received SMS, who is calling, and asking the motorist, the application uses Text to-speech (TTS) technology that reads aloud digital text (words on the smartphone) using a voice that is computer generated. The use of TTS lessen the distraction from looking at the phone to read what's on the screen.
